We've decided to rebrand Your Place Casual Dining to Chedi Thai as it articulates what we do best – authentic fresh Thai food. Everything that was Your Place Casual Dining, café and restaurant remains the same – owners Greg and Shanya Richardson, experienced Thai chefs, acclaimed food and professional wait staff. Only our trading name has changed.

Look for our distinctive red Chedi Thai sign at the corner of 182 Blues Point Road and Victoria Streets, McMahons Point, just down the road from the North Sydney CBD and train station. We're also near to Milsons Point and Kirribilli and other Lower North Shore suburbs.

Chedi - (pronounced jeh-dee)is a bell-shaped Buddhist monument; found in the compounds of Thai temples. It is symbolic of the mythical mountain abode of the gods. Known as a pagoda in other parts of Asia, these distinct structures are built to encase sacred relics, symbols of Buddhism and to venerate revered monks.
