We are proud to bring authentic Thai food to the Lower North Shore. Shanya Richardson, who has established some of Sydney's most notable Thai restaurants, including Chedi Restaurant, Thailand Restaurant and Thaifoon, guides her culinary team of Thai chefs.

They create Central Thai dishes using fresh local ingredients to produce the distinct spicy, sweet, sour and salty tastes of real Thai cuisine. Their dishes emphasise the fresh and spontaneous style of Asian cooking, marked by seasonal ingredients and balanced flavours. It is Shanya's belief that "Flavours are most intense when the produce is at its freshest."

To complement the Chedi Thai menu, our restaurant long bar is the centrepiece of service at night, offering a selection of domestic and international wines, craft beers, spirits and cocktails in an ambience that is both relaxed and intimate.
